Purpose
The CPS Associates seek to share in the charism and mission of the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood. Like the sisters, the associates desire to follow in the footsteps of the congregation’s Founder, Abbot Francis Pfanner, who wanted lay persons involved in the missionary work of the Church.
The Associate Program provides an opportunity to deepen one’s spiritual life through communal prayer, faith-sharing, growth experiences, faith development, and possibly shared ministry.
We welcome to the Associate Program any Catholic adult, 18 years and older, who has a viable faith commitment, a desire to live the Paschal Mystery (the living, dying, and rising of Jesus) in one’s own faith journey, a desire to associate with the Missionary Sisters of the Precious Blood, and the willingness and ability to participate in our Associate formation process which is based on the model of the RCIA process. |

On September 30, we joyfully welcomed 4 new members to our growing group of Associates through the Rite of Bonding. Pictured above are Corlene Ocker, Darcye Morawski, Sr. Joanne Leccese, CPS (Coordinator), Rosalie Loeper, and Martha Martin. |
